Torching sugar can be tricky, particularly when torching onto a wet ingredient such as a sauce. The key is to burn the sugar before it melts into the sauce. Here I've used raw (Turbinado) and light brown sugar. On Tuesday morning July 19th at 8:30am, I will be in New York City live on the "Morning Living" show on Martha Stewart Radio talking about some of my favorite recipes and tips in the cookbook and answering caller's questions! Very exciting as I have been a Martha fan for more than 20 years! Tune in and call in!! Still surreal to see my cookbook in bookstores!!! And with a sticker that reads "autographed"!!!! Some new reviews of my cookbook on Amazon, fun to wake up to reading! Thanks for your continued support everyone! I just found a great review from the LibraryJournal.com of my cookbook! 5th review down under Non-Fiction. Very pleased with their thoughts :) The Art of Breakfast is up to #5 in its category!
